My guess would be exposure to acid so PMD in my opinion but I expect one of our error experts will chime in shortly

 

Let's say we figured it out for the most part. Post Mint Damage in my opinion.

 

Even though there appears to be a part of the rim that is copper colored only with no silver or other coloring?
