I got this quarter in my change and noticed some streaks over Alaska and the star. Is this an error? If so, any ideas of value? If not, how was it made?
You'll have to post better photos than that if you want any good opinions. It would help if you could illuminate the coin better. Is the coin that color (reddish)?
Nope, just your normal quarter other than the streaking mentioned above. The pics are the exact same as the coin aside from the color. I'll try for better pics.
An error in my opinion, but we need better pictures... My guess would some sort of debris left on the die, but not positive.
