IMG_20171217_025202.jpg IMG_20171217_025147.jpg I'm new to this but I was coin searching and came across this 1988 p nickel. Is this an error? And if so is there a value

This is also another nickel I came across, is this an error and if so is there a value for it. It's a 1969 s nickel. IMG_20171217_025110.jpg IMG_20171217_025110.jpg IMG_20171217_024946.jpg

Just worn and damaged in circulation.

If you are interested in knowing about errors, either pick up a Cherrypicker's guide or start looking on the internet at sites that are showing them and watch for pics of coins here on CT that show errors.

I was born in 1947, and even I am in better condition than those nickels!

Very new to this and in search of more practiced opinions and tips for coin roll/change jar hunting. The coin in question is an odd looking 1987 P Jefferson nickel, odd bc it appears to be smaller in diameter to a "normal sized nickel" and much thinner as well. Please get back with me any and all input is greatly appreciated !

Couple more images, sorry for the lackluster picture quality.
