Error in 1990 US Mint UNC. Coin Set

    In my 1990 coin set there is 7 coins in the vacum sealed plastic. Somehow a extra dime got put in with the penny. Does anyone know if this is rare?

    Just a packaging error. Typically adds about a dollar to the value of the set.

    I think it would be rare that the Government gave anything away for free. :>)
