Error Franklin Half?

    Please excuse my ignorance on this matter, I consider myself a novice collector and most of what I have are foreign coins. Of the 20-30 Franklin Halves I've had, this 1962D is the only one I've seen with this mark on Ben's cheek and I'm wondering if it is a mint error (cracked die or something) or just a scratch. Running a finger over it through the flip or with a glove, it feels slightly raised. Anyway, thoughts are appreciated, thank you.

    It looks like a hit from the reeding of another coin.
