    I agree with Hobo, we would definately need a photo of the obv... Maybe a better photo of the rev. as well. This would help us see if it's PMD or not.

    Almost looks like retained cud on the reverse. A photograph of the obverse would really help though. Also, it may just be rust, but it's also possible that the reverse was struck without clad. Again, both of these asumptions may be wrong. I like to look on the bright side, you know? :)
