Error coins possibly

    Looks like that 1999 coin was used as a teeny tiny target at the miniature rifle range. Lol. Reed.

    What they are trying to tell you is these coins are exhibiting something known as "post mint damage," meaning the coin was minted just fine but was damaged afterwards. That does not count as an error, which is a mistake in the minting process.
