ok 2004 quarter canadian i beleive it to be an unfinished bussiness strike with doubleing there seems to be a fine coat of dull silver metal on top of a copper and if it is lighty scratched / wich it is /you can see the copper just by looking at the coin where some of the letters have turned coppery colour as well as on the beads there is a little wear that shows copper aswell the major design seems to be intact although undermagnification it looks bumpy aswell as there is some doubleing on the letters anyway its definatly something to see http://photobucket.com/albums/v694/semcnm/
