    You need only one thread!

90% chance it's MD (machine doubling). Can't tell with those pics

Four threads on the same coin? The coin is worth 10 cents.

My computer isn't working right too. I press the "reply button" and it says "please try again in 14 seconds". It automatically posts once???
(EDIT: It just happened when I posted this)

Only the moderators can delete threads

I don't know if it is just your computer. When you proceeded to submit your post, did you get a "database error" notice? I've been getting a lot of them lately and have had to delete at least one duplicate entry.

I don't think the dime has an added value, but honestly could not say for certain based on the pics. A lot of date doubling is Machine doubling caused when the die moves slightly as it settles, while another is caused by "plate buckling". Pressure on the planchet forces the plate to elevate and create a "ghost" effect. I see that a lot on cents, but I do not search nearly as many dimes.

Hang on to it for a while and keep checking for die varieties of the 2009 dime. It's only 10c that's being set aside. And hopefully, it might be a winner.
