Error coin values?

I got the 1997 cent in circulation, and the the 1943s cent, for 5-10 cents (I forget). I have found a 1997 cent in AU condition made from the same die online, that sold for around $100, but I'm not sure if it is worth more or less. I also do not know the price of the 1943s cent.

That 1997 is a large cud, very nice find. Not sure exactly what price you could get for it, though with a cud that large you could expect a nice profit.
