Error coin... I think??

Hey all, new to this coin collecting stuff. Found his penny while looking through some rolls. The front is blurry(?), the back is in perfect condition. Thanks in advance for any help! (sorry about bad photo quality) Ok added a better picture of the front

It looks like it could be struck through a late stage capped die.
