I found this rather interesting dime with what appears to be an error on the word "LIBERTY" and slightly the same effect on the motto. I was told by the local coin shop that it wasn't worth a high premium, I am not well versed in error coins so I was Hoping for some opinions on what could have caused this, and what the proper name for it would be? Sincerely, curious collector.
