Recently I acquired a very interesting Epeirote silver fraction, I thought it was unpublished, since there is literately 0 records of that type coin sold at an auction. However, the only book it seems it is published in (with no surprise) is in the book "Die Antiken Münzen von Epirus" from P.R. Franke. There are unfortunately 2 books, 1 with the description and the other one with the plates of coins. With good help from a person who owns only the book with the plates, we were in able to figure out it is on Plate 53 #F5. However, now I am missing the description and I am extremely curious what this coin could be, since after a search of weeks I still didn't figure it out. Now I am asking the help of the people on this forum here, do you or do you know somebody who has the books "Die Antiken Münzen von Epirus" from P.R. Franke? Help is appreciated a lot!
If no one here has it, contact the American Numismatic Society's librarian. They have both volumes. They will copy the page for you.
You may find it near you in a local library here: http://www.worldcat.org/title/antiken-munzen-von-epirus/oclc/301287316#borrow
