Just purchased a bunch of PCGS graded items from a very large and reputable dealer. I just noticed this now that there are numbers and letters engraved on the bottom of the slabs. Is this something PCGS does or would this be the seller? They are all like this by the way.
PCGS has been doing that for a while, almost positive since they switched to this new thicker water resistant holder.
