Ebay's email

Is their email system down? I
placed a bid yesterday and still have
not gotten notification.

You only get an email if you're outbid or the auction's over and you won/lost. No emails for just bidding, but you can keep track of all in "my eBay".

emails before with max bid, do want
to increase your bid? etc.
