Hey. I was wondering that if somebody sold me a fake coin, could I get a refund or could ebay make them give me a refund or anything like that. Thanks.
I didn't get scammed I'm just wondering if ebay or the buyer could take legal action against if you sold one.
If you use paypal then maybe you can ( not sure) , but ebay cant do nothing.. especially if you have used any other method than paypal Rado
I'm pretty sure if he misreresented the coin you would have some recourse , but the time & agrivation would be high , the best thing is to learn whats up & not get taken in the 1st place . rzage
