anyone ever deal with momulti on ebay? He sent me the wrong thing, and hasn't responded yet.... I ordered 2 2006 W UNC ASE and he sent 2 proofs......
ebay is full of crooks i just had another bad experience the seller sends me a damamged coin and then gets amd when i give him 3's and says he deserves a 5.
exactly i was charitable coz i didnt want to ruin his rating i gave him a positive feedback and 3's as he returned my money but i lost out on shipping and time. Ungrateful wretch
how should i approach this? He should take full responsibility for shipping charges correct? what else?
ouch!, I have had mistakes like this made on me but what they sent was worth more than what I bid on and they said just keep it, try to work out something with favorable terms since it is his mistake.
yes and he should give u what he promised or give you your money back. litlle crooks on ebay have become a menace
1312Spider1312 but it seems it is more of a company rather than an individual. There is a whole website and phone number set up. What happens if he all out ignores me? All i could do is give a little negative feedback?? I hope he responds. What if he tries some bull**** and gives me store credit only back or something like that? ALL HELP IS GLADLY ACCEPTED AND GREATLY APPRECIATED HERE GUYS, thanks
How did he know you gave him 3's? Only once has seller gotton all 5's - I have rules on what to give. So for example to get a 5 on shipping charges it has to be free or dead on what the post office charged. For shipping time to get a 5 you have to get it to me in 3 days. I hope a seller tells me he deserves all 5's - I be more than happy to explain how to get a 5 from me.
My father has two successful claims against sellers. In both cases he called his credit card company first. His credit card company asked him to call paypal both times. He then called paypal and told them he wanted to talk to them first before calling the credit card company to stop payment. In one case they issued an immediate refund. In the other case he was told to return the item, get receipts and insurance and provide a tracking number to them. Once he did that they refunded the money. AND in both cases it took one day. I have had one case with paypal and I lost it. Of course I did a direct pay and went through the paypal complaint process. If you do that I recommend that you get everything into the first post you do. In my case the first time I posted the issue in short format expecting paypal to work with me and the seller to resolve the issues. Nope - the seller went straight to a judgement and I never got to truly state my case. Paypal never talked to me or asked any questions. I loved the survey I did afterwards - I blasted paypal and the process. I even told them in the survey to contact me directly and from this point on I would use credit cards so I can stop payment to them. Yes - I still use paypal, but all purchases(of sellers I have not used) are on a credit card. And all major purchases over $100 are on the card. The last time I used the credit card process it took two months - and they got me a larger refund than what I deserved. Other than that one case everything has been good. Please note these are just my experiences and may not reflect what happens in your case. Hopefully the seller will right the wrong. I could just imagine them saying I shipped the right coins and you swapped them out. Just one of the reasons I sometimes pay a little more to use dealers.
