They have a good return policy. I cannot tell a thing from that picture except that they look better than "average circulation (i.e. good). If they really are good, that is too much for them. The prices he is quoting are for fine coins. If that is what they are, you probably did OK.
my set is mostly g to vg but i do have some ef to au and some proofs im not real picky on the coins i just want to have a full set the coin shops around here never have most of these and if they do they are in the outta my price range range like they would charge 25 for the 1912-d thank you for your opinion i guess i will see when i get em hopefully they look good
