Is anyone else having problems with the toolbar not alerting? So far I cannot even find anyone who knows where to get help from. As with many of their side programs, this is not an eBay program but a third party program associated with eBay. BTW, if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it to wherever it belongs.
I received an email (through eBay) tonight regarding my problem. Apparently I am not the only one. From what I can see, it is not compatible with IE8 (or any firefox). Anyway, this is what I received (from someone totally unknown to me); Well, believe it or not, it works! - although I assume you have to do it through IE, but I do not know that.
