eBay Seller: Reserve and a Shill Bidder!

I've been eying this coin for a while. Check out the current high bidder:

Same bidder "won" it the last time it was up for auction:

It was promptly relisted the very next day as a BIN. Now back for an auction with a reserve. I reported it to eBay--doubt it will do any good.

Also interesting that the only items that the bidder bids on are from this seller. Yet, he's never received feedback!!

 

That is odd, wonder what DBay will do...notice the bad feedback the seller got for hiding spots....$400 for a Frankie with spots ?.......This is odd but I sure would like to have the coin.....
