I'm confused about the item title. "Not junk NGC grading" is he trying to imply that NGC does a poor job or commend them?

 

Yeah, they have a Bugs Bunny Frankie for roundabouts 900 dollars too. Foghorn Leghorns got more sense than this guy.

 

I think he's saying "its not junk"..."it has been graded by NGC". Sheesh...3k. A common date AT Morgan...wonders never cease.
