I think they should get a lawsuit against their fees for sellers.
between ebay and paypal, no wonder they're making Millions!

Can't see what case they could possibly have. Can't eBay, as a private organisation, decide to sell, or not sell, pretty much anything they choose to, within the confines of the law? Since when are they required to list any given grader's slabs?

Ebay is the best game in town for a seller, the fees are very reasonable, try to sell a coin on Teletrade or Heritage for 6%. Ebay also charges NO buyers premium......seller will realise another 15% right there

That would be like me suing Kroger Grocery stores and the FDA for not putting my hot sauce on the same shelf as Tobasco....Mine is on the bottom where you might not see it, and have to reach if you do....

So in your business, if someone thinks you are making too much money - you should be sued ? I fail to see the logic.

Honestly, I don't see why folks get angry with ebay and PayPal. I never dreamed of having such easy access to so many coins. When I sell, the entire planet is now my market. 6% or even 10% is unbelievably cheap to reach that many buyers in my opinion. Reasonable care must be exercised, but local dealers have been known to pull fast ones as well.
I see that Accugrade is a plaintiff. I would pay a DMPL to watch the judges face as he looks over the evidence in Ebays favor. About the fifth or sixth coin the old boy is gonna go purple in the face! LOL Mike

PCI is no longer last I heard. Out of business. SEGS, well............ Drop the E

I think its a case of I dont like the new rules so I am gonna sue. Now with that being said, when the Adams dollar smooth edge etc came out and I was involved with that, Ebay did pull my listings one week because another guy (selling the same items) in this area turned me in for selling counterfeit dollars and they left his auctions alone. I lost a week because of it.

Go and report him -- every chance that you get.
    What a crook!
    Good luck.

I did and ebay said it was a mistake to pull my listings and they were sorry for any inconvenience it may of caused.

Nothing happened to the other seller except they were able to get my double edge Adams off ebay for a week, thus driving their prices up. This is when they were first coming out.
