    Situation.
I've sent 3 coins. Buyer writes that he got only two and wants the refund for the left.
I have the weight description so if one coin was stolen it should be obvious. Difference of 25 grams.

What are the chances of winning the case?
Or should I just refund funds for the coins and forget about it?

Got an e-mail from byer. He claims that the weight is 60 gr while it should be 81.

Were they insured? If so file a claim with the Post office that HE claims a coin was stolen in transit.
