Scroll down to the bottom of the red print where it says "NOT BEP ERROR." and "PAS ERREUR BEP.".
I think that covers the seller regarding possible fraud, but, how many will actually read that far down?

uspapermoney.info has this for series 1995 $2 notes:

    Circulation production, star notes:

Begin serial End serial Type Length Run.part

    F 000 00001 * - F 005 12000 * fw n 512,000 1.1
    F 005 12001 * - F 006 40000 * fw s 128,000 1.2
    F 032 00001 * - F 038 40000 * fw n 640,000 2

I have several 4-subject sheets similar to this serial number. The BEP had sheets available between F00512001* - F00576000*. I believe this error is POST-BEP, and therefore, not a true error.

interesting, as mentioned above, he does say "not BEP error" - and he only states "wrong cut" (i.e. he cut it incorrectly).

Hmm. I'd be interested to see if more than 1 person bids on it.

I asked him if it was fake. his response: "not bep error so someone cut it in a sheet . i tell that because serial number ..." he did not go on.

So is a wrong cutting worth a premium of $30 bucks? Wrong cutting? Give us a break! I wish I could contact the bidder!!!

The person was selling more than one of the "wrong cuts" - When I saw it, I just shook my head. First, why would anyone want to cut a sheet like that. Next, why would someone want to buy it?

Along the same lines, I've noticed several high grade notes cut [correctly] from sheets for sale.

Just noticed that! Lets say he cuts up a 32 subject sheet of $1 dollar note to create 24 wrong cuts at 14.99 each!
That comes to $359.76 for playing word games on a sheet that typically goes for $55 bucks!
I can think of 359 different jobs this guy can do, and none of them play in the gray areas of thievery!

I say let Judge Judy take care of it!!!
