Up for bid below the BEP selling price in 2000 is a 1995 & 1999 $10 Premium Federal Reserve Set - GEM UC 24 Matching high S/N notes - 99998817Y - for all twelve districts. This is the change over from the classic design to the "Big Head" design. All notes are in two slipcase holders and have been kept in a smoke free environment. Only 2000 sets were released on May 2000 and sold out quickly by the BEP.
