I was looking one decade to early,1893 not 83.Only under 400,000 Phillys were minted in 1893 its one of the more better dates.In this condition its a $150-$400 coin and the bidding is fair but on the higher end.

Now that you've pointed it out, I see it, too -- but I don't think it looks like a Morgan dollar S, and if it did, I'd say "that's where an added S fell off".
