I'm pulling for the little guy. How many years have to lapse before something is considered "abandoned"? Not to mention this is a colonial item, which pre-dates the New Hampshire state government! I just remembered part of my dream by coming back to this thread! This plate was in it (lol) and I was explaining to somebody what it was
