Going through a jar of quarters and I noticed something amiss on the reverse. There is a small gap with the eagle’s left wing just before it would disappear behind a leaf. Haven’t found another like this. So wondering if this would be worth holding onto it. Is there a label for something like this? Grease filled die?
Probably grease filled. But no numistic value..., well, maybe 26 cents. But I wouldn't pay more than that.
