e-mailed anacs NO answer

I have e-mailed ANACS 3 times since dec. 20th. They haven't answered yet. Are they still in business?

ANACS is still in business, I have found that they are better on the phone.

I just received a package from them yesterday. When I've sent email, they usually respond within a day or two. Are you using CustomerService@ANACS.com ?

Service at ANACS by e-mail sucks. I've e-mailed them a couple of times too using the link straight from their website and have never heard back.

 

I wonder if they have SPAM filters or something. Are you guys using hotmail accounts? I know some places block hotmail addresses because of heavy spamming. If they do this kind of blocking, they should clearly state it on their website.
