e-gold?? Anyone play with it?

Anyone know anything about e gold? I came across it and wanted to know if anyone has done it and what/where should I go.

I know having bullion in hand is better but I was thinking about just playing with it online too!!

Is it any Good or bad let me know. Looks like its good for only a transfer of funds?

The Feds froze a LOT of money and accounts.

 

I'd say that's a very definitive answer. Gotta love the combined knowledge of this place. Someone, somewhere, always has an answer for you.

 

Yeah after I Posted that i did a search for "e-gold scam" and I got more results that way!! HAHA

 

If you don't have the gold in your possession, you don't own gold. You own a promise.

 

Difficult to believe there are dishonest people out there. :smile

What you buy is what you get delivered, unless you are investing in one of their "pool" accounts for Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium or Rhodium.

 

Pool accounts are probably the most dangerous way to "own" gold since ultimately, your ownership depends on the issuer's solvency.
