Today I received the Bald Eagle 3 coin set after returning the first set because it seemed dirty. This set also has either dust or scratches however, I am not sending it back. I can't seem to determine if what I see is dust inside the plastic containers, the containers themselves having small scratches or the coins having marks. I hope that is not the case. I am only using a cheap chinese made magnifing glass, but something is there. I don't want to send this set back again because I feel it will be to late to receive the set since the mint site says it is not available. Has anyone had this problem. I have purchased silver dollars and 2006 and 2007 buffalo gold coins and they were immaculate. Any thoughts on this?
