Well the show ended today.....my son made a killing at the youth auction they had there.......$35 in "funny money" and he walks away with quite a bit. Will post it later when I am finally home. I found that at this show where I had planned on buying some more coins to fill in some holes...I got seriously sidetracked. Got to chatting with one gentleman that was selling paper and bought a couple of notes from him on Saturday........also got my GSA Carson City Morgan that I had set as my goal for this show. Made the mistake to stopping by his table again today - ended up spending my allowance on stuff from him and got what I felt was a really good deal on quite a few notes. When I get a chance later this week to scan I will post pic of what I did pick up for paper and in the coin forum I will post show pics including the youth auction. I even have a note that I think RickieB might just like. Don't really have the access for pics.....but just wanted to update folks. The youth auction had about 30 kids 12 and under bidding on stuff donated by the dealers. Some of it was ok and there were a few that were really nice. Like I said I will be back home on Thursday, so I hope to post pics of the show and share a few of the "deals" that I got.......... Hope everyone had a great weekend.....and a great week. The only bad thing so far is that I got a flat tonight -- had to call AAA since I could get the lugs off but could not unseat the tire and when the service truck put the spare on....and here I don't know if what he said was true but he somehow stripped and then snapped one of the lugs off......what a pain. Well, until later........
