All NA and Prez dollars have a shiny front and back. Looking over my direct ship 2001 NA, I have about 3 or 4 that don't have a shiny obverse. It is either all dull or partially shiny and the rest dull. I'll try to post a picture later on. What do you make of this?
The effect of time. As someone who uses dollar coins regularly and gets mixed rolls from the bank of sacs, SBA's and presidents, 90% of the sacs and pres coins will go dull over time. Dosent matter if they are circulated or not, they just dont age well. I'd hate to see what the pres sets that people are putting together will look like in 8 years.
