Found this dime thin quarter in a jar of coins. I'm mostly sure that is a dryer coin.

It is thin and the same size as a normal quarter with very weak reeding.

    Let me know your thoughts

    Thank you 20240721_133618.jpg 20240721_133607.jpg 20240721_133426.jpg

A very good possibility. At least it’s a spender coin.

I think 50% possible dryer/ 50% human grinding. But no extra value IMO. It wasn't made in the mint.

IMO…i think the edge reeding would be flattened or obliterated based on apparent wear if a dryer victim. I concede it could be a dryer coin, it would be dependent on how long it spun around in there…Spark

You know, I've seen coins like this before and always assumed that they were just pocket pieces but dry coin does sound interesting.
    Either way, it's a spender.

It's not a dryer coin, but it was altered outside the Mint.

The devices aren't fat enough for a dryer coin.
