Is the different placement of the mint marks anything I should keep or just the human element of the placement and should toss back? Thanks.
Human element. Mint marks were all hand punched into each die until 1989 or 90. Post 1990 they were on the master hub. Fyi, this also means that there are no repunched mint marks (rpm's) post 1990 either
