Doubled?

The 73 on this quarter looks to be doubled to me. Notice the area above the 3.

I don't see it either, sorry.

 

It's very hard to get a picture of and I can't put arrows on them. The area between the date and bust is raised and the base of the 7 and inside of the bottom loop of the 3.

 

I am by far not an authority, but doubling has to be obvious to be anything worth keeping.

 

Thanks for the pictures but none are a 7 or a 3.

 

That certainly is a 7, just upside-down.
