Doubled mint mark?

I don’t have my hopes up but I must ask if this penny has a doubled mint mark?

Split Plate Doubling aka, NAV Doubling

 

Crappy Zincoln cent. That is zinc rot causing the MM to be distorted. Spend it before it completely disintegrates.

This can happen when there is split plating which is the issue on your cent.

 

And.. Mint mark can't be Doubled Die for that year if that's what you meant. The mint mark was hand punched onto the die so it can't be a DD variety issue.
