Doubled finger are not.

Here's a brand-new 2017 one ounce silver Eagle. The question is is this a doubled forefinger.? Opinions welcomed.USMC60

looks like it in first pic. but can't tell. The second pic just of just the finger looks like it's just in higher relief.

I don't know I took another shot at this coin with another camera. Basically my equipment I don't think is up to the job.
