Are you sure? Did you see the separations?

 

If you are talking about the "IN GOD WE TRUST" area, yes , it is die deterioration caused by overused and damaged dies , IMO, and the date and liberty has some mechanical doubling ( flatness of that doubling indicates that. Jim
