Doubled Die or Machine Doubling?

But as far as what's underneath the main N, any doubling there. I think you can also see it in the G?

You guessed it It's a 1972 Philadelphia cent. So it's machine doubling, right

 

I don't even see any machine doubling , looks like a hit from another coin . IMHO
