Doubled Die or Machine Doubling?

    No, looks like a hit from another coin

    But as far as what's underneath the main N, any doubling there. I think you can also see it in the G?

    I'm not seeing a doubled die. What's the date of the coin? Early 1970s?

    You guessed it :) It's a 1972 Philadelphia cent. So it's machine doubling, right :(

    I don't even see any machine doubling , looks like a hit from another coin . IMHO
