It appears they swapped the obverse die also. I have another coin that I believe has the original obverse die but a different reverse. Will have to post a picture of it when I get home.
I'll be darn, at first it looked like Die Deterioration but after a more magnified pic them's definitely die polishing lines. Cool noticing that.
Notice the clash on the bridge of the nose. They polished it until the bridge is gone but the clash remains.
