Hopefully you can tell from these pics ....need better camera or something ...cant take pics worth a crap.
Anyway just the T is doubled.

Any idea what it might be worth ... found in a new roll .. has one small scratch on obs none on rev

 

I believe there's no numismatic value, so worth face only. You might be able to sell it on eBay for a dollar, as most buyers leave their brains behind when it comes to bidding (sellers seem to do well with "non errors").
