Double struck or damage?

    Ugly coin but it looks like extra Monticello above and sideways, top being at 10o'clock

    Maybe.. Could be a planchet issue.
    A lamination error.. But you will new to provide brighter pictures.

    Thanks, photos can be difficult at times. It appears to be a lamination issue. It's a bit difficult to tell due to the wear and corrosion on the coin.
