Hello everyone, my mother has a double stamped 1966 penny, here are some photos: http://www.terratreasures.com/momspenny/momspenny.htm I'm actually not sure this is per se double stamped as it appears that perhaps 2 coins were pressed together? At any rate does anyone have any knowledge of this occurrence? and also is this a significant specimen? Howdy Keith - Welcome to the Forum !! That's exactly what happened - coins were stuck together - with glue. There were at least 3 of them, with this partcular coin stuck in the middle. What you see on the coin is the glue itself. No value whatsoever over 1 cent. Great pics by the way
