First I wanted to say I am new here.. A friend of mine said that he had an INDIANA quarter with the indy car on both sides, What is this? I have not heard anything about it, and trying right now to search. Any info welcomed.

Double sided coins are very rare. It is most likley what they call a magicians quarter, where one side of a coin is hollowed out and second coin is trimmed to fit inside. If you look closing at them you can usually see where one coin ends and the other starts.

Either the coin is worth thousands, or, more likely, 25 cents.
    Most likely a magician's coin.

I disagree. Magician's coins retail for anywhere from a couple of bucks to $10. ;)

I agree with your retail value, however, I was replying to a "What's it worth?"
Retail, as we all know, it very different from selling a coin.
In this instance, perhaps, if they can find a buyer it may go for a buck or three, but, value is very indefinite.
