Hi all, I wanted to share my new acquisition of this interesting double error 1966 Quarter It's a NGC attributed Partial Collar and Curved Clip error. The Partial Collar to me looks more like a Stiff Collar Strike - And if you notice since it's a Curved Clip with the Blakesley Effect opposite of the Clip, it looks raised (kind of a Cud) and not sunk downward due to the Partial Collar. So what occurred of course was a Curved Clip Planchet was struck incorrectly out of Collar and created this double error. I don't like the details grading (for a wheel mark) but it's still a beauty of a coin! Any comments welcome.. as always, ENJOY!
