Double die?

Double die? Funny 1994 D Quarter

The hair by the ears is funny, date is doubled, letters are doubled, forehead looks doubled and there is something strange about the leaves on the reverse.

I see what looks like machine-doubling on the forehead, lower-lip, leaves and stem on the 1st two images (3rd image unclear) ...so my opinion is NO. But I like finding (and collecting) these kind, no real added value unfortunately.

but not in this instance.

 

1994 seemed like a good year for MD on the Wastington Quarter. Had a few nice ones at one time.
