double die quarter?

Hi everyone. I just came acrossed this quarter and I don't know what to think about it. It looks like the reverse of the quarter is double died. The words quarter dollar at the bottom is the only part that looks doubled to me. It is a 1965 quarter. Is it a double die coin or not? Is it valuable? Thanks for all your help.
