Before Paddyman posts, the correct term is "doubled die", and no, this ain't that ;-) It is not worth any premium. If it were more pronounced, it might be. If it's a broadstrike, it's a very beginning of the process. Examine the reeded edge and see if there's an interruption in the reeding. If so, you have an early stage broadstrike. Maybe the first or second coin from when the collar broke.
Its called a misaligned die MAD for short very common and only worth something if it affects the design.
