Double die obverse?

    I'm not seeing a doubled die on either coin.

    All normal and as an fyi, there are many types of D's, most are so common they are worth face value. The correct term is Doubled Die.

    No and no. And yes-it's doublED die. But they ain't.

    Your first coin, the 1982 D cent appears to be plating bubbles and issues. Late in 1982 the mint started using Zinc lightly plated with copper and the resulting "crappy Zincoln" cents have all kinds of issues. The 1964 D is just a worn from circulation coin, IMO. Keep up the search and nice photos by the way. ;)
