All normal and as an fyi, there are many types of D's, most are so common they are worth face value. The correct term is Doubled Die.
Your first coin, the 1982 D cent appears to be plating bubbles and issues. Late in 1982 the mint started using Zinc lightly plated with copper and the resulting "crappy Zincoln" cents have all kinds of issues. The 1964 D is just a worn from circulation coin, IMO.
